How to place an order online?

  1. Choose the category of your choice and the product you want.
  2. When you click on the product, you can see all the information regarding the item (dimensions, composition, price)
  3. Choose the product you would like to purchase in order to be added into the ‘’basket’’
  4. To check out, you can either proceed with a registration to our site or as a visitor.
  5. For the delivery of your order you can either choose any Achilleas Accessories store or through courier in the address of your choice.
  6. Select the payment method of your choice (debit or credit card, Paypal, Viva Card or pay on delivery)
  7. Confirm your order
  8. You will receive an email with the confirmation of the order.

 

Are all Achilleas products available on the e-shop?

Most of the products are available both on the stores and the e-shop. However, there are some exclusive lines available only in stores.

 

I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

If a product does not fit, or I do not like it, can I make an exchange?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact the E-shop at +30 210-3239970 or send an email at info2@achilleasaccessories.gr Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00 in order to arrange the return or exchange of the product. Changes should be made within 15 days from your purchase date. All changes should be made with a receipt or gift card exchange and the product should be the same condition as sent. Changes are offered for products that are on sale but NOT for products that are on offer. Returns are made at our main store in the address Theomitoros 65E, 17342, Alimos. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings return cannot be made. Customers are required to pay the shipping costs for product returns.

 

Can I make a refund?

In case you would like to return an item, please contact the E-shop at +30210-3239970 or send an email at info2@achilleasaccessories.gr Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00. After consulting the E-shop department, you can return the product to Achilleas Headquarters (Theomitoros 65E, 17342, Alimos). After we receive the product we will issue a full refund with the same payment method of the purchase. In that way the amount of money will be refunded to you either with the annulment of the debit/ credit card transaction, through Paypal or with a bank deposit within 7 business days in a suggested bank account if the purchase payment method is COD.

 

What are the shipping expenses?

The shipping expenses are 4€ for Greece. For shipping costs abroad the fees alter depending on the weight.

 

With which shipping companies are you working with?

In Greece the deliveries are made by Speedex. In Cyprus and other countries, the deliveries are made by TNT.

 

Can I cancel my order?

In case you would like to cancel your order, while it has already completed and confirmed, you must contact the E-shop at +30 210-3239970 or send an email at info2@achilleasaccessories.gr Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00.

 

When will I receive my order?

For deliveries in Greece you will receive your order within 1-4 business days. For deliveries abroad you will receive your order within 10-14 business days.

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘’Forgot my password’’ in the homepage of your account and follow the instructions.
